But deep down, I was making my shadow wrong. Every time anger surfaced, I felt like a failure. Every time fear crept in, I thought I wasn’t doing enough. I was at war with myself, and I didn’t even realize it.

The shift happened when I stopped resisting and started listening.

I asked myself:

What if my anger wasn’t something to fix, but something to understand?
