These spinning wheels of energy start at the base of your spine (the Root Chakra) and rise to the top of your head (the Crown Chakra). When energy flows freely through these centers, you experience balance and well-being. But when a chakra is blocked or overactive, it can create emotional, physical, or spiritual dissonance.
