Today, I’m sharing five powerful ways to shield yourself from negativity and keep your vibration high. These practices will help you stay grounded, centered, and aligned with your highest self, no matter what’s happening around you.
Why Protecting Your Energy Matters

Your energy field, also known as your aura, is like a protective shield around your body. It’s sensitive to external influences, from the emotions of others to the environments you’re in. When you don’t actively care for your energy, you may absorb negativity, feel overwhelmed, or even experience physical symptoms like fatigue or anxiety.
By consciously protecting your energy, you create a safe space for yourself to thrive, heal, and connect more deeply with your intuition and purpose.
